Overview
Below, some information that presenters of the different contributions to IDC 2024 might find useful in preparation for the conference.

Presenters Information
- Full Papers: Give a presentation during one of the scheduled sessions. The presentation time for full papers is 15 minutes including Q&A.
- Short Papers (Notes): Give a presentation during one of the scheduled sessions. The presentation time for short papers/notes is 10 minutes including Q&A.
- Pictorials: Give a presentation during one of the scheduled sessions. The presentation time for pictorial papers is 15 minutes including Q&A.
- Demos: Present their demo on June 18. Give a short (<1 minute) “lightning talk” (short teaser) presentation during the lightning session before lunch. Will present their demo during lunch. (See further information below on Poster Printing if you have a poster to accompany your demo.)
- Work-In-Progress: Present their research on one of the WiP days (June 19 or 20). Give a short (<1 minute) “lightning talk” (short teaser) presentation during the lightning session before lunch. Will present their poster during lunch. (See further information below on Poster Printing.)
- Research and Design Challenge: Give a presentation during the challenge track (June 20). The presentation time is 10 minutes including Q&A.

- Size and format: A1 – vertical
